The location of the hotel is stunning, surrounded by lush vegetation, mountains, and a river. The mineral water spa was a great way to relax after a long day of business meetings and was very therapeutic. The staff were super-friendly and willing to help us out with all our needs. The hotel provides a menu with excellent food options, and the buffet on weekends was excellent.
The hotel was difficult to find, and you definitely need a car to get there. Some basic items like a coffee maker and mini-refrigerator, which most hotels provide, were missing from the room.

The natural surroundings of the hotel were breathtaking and very peaceful. We enjoyed the thermal pool which was comfortably warm with great temperature. Also the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with the necessary information to explore the nearby caves and waterfalls.
The restaurant of the hotel was not great. There were limited options given for breakfast which was not flavorful.

The hotel had a couple of nice complementary amenities, such as a mini-golf course and a pool table. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to a shopping mall and a movie theater. Alternatively, there was a bus stop right outside if you wanted to explore further out. Additionally, the hotel had an on-site restaurant that served a delicious breakfast buffet.
Our room was not clean when we arrived and the staff seemed uninterested in remedying the situation. The wifi connection was also very poor in our room, making it difficult to get any work done or stay connected with family back home.
